Instructions

Please download the Self Evaluation Report (SER) form with guidance and submit the completed SER only if,

• Your medical undergraduate course leads to an MBBS degree.
• The minimum duration of your medical undergraduate course is five years.

Please note that accurate, complete, and clear information will help to expedite the review and Accreditation process.

Processing Fee

A mandatory processing fee shall be paid up front with the application directly to the account of the Sri Lanka Medical Council as per details below.

Submission

Please send the completed SER along with all necessary documents and annexes, certified by the Dean, and the receipt for the processing fee, by Registered Post (or other secure recorded delivery) to the address below.
